When Nic and Kyle's father was 14 years old, he started working for a drilling tool manufacturer, sweeping for 50 cents an hour. This began a journey that would eventually lead to him becoming the company's Operational President that turned a small bit service into a major contender for custom hole openers.

Nic began working for the same drilling tool manufacturer, sweeping just as his father did. Through decades of hardwork, he saw many parts of the drilling tool business: finishing and shipping, welding, machine shop management, and operations management. This experience gave Nic the skills to form high quality tools from raw metals. Give him a torch, welder, and some metal and he can make you anything.

Kyle Robey | Business Manager

Kyle began his journey through the drilling tool industry at the same age as his father and brother. Modeling his family strongly held convictions that everything should be earned, even though his father and brother held high positions in the company, he began sweeping just as they did. While Kyle was learning other aspects of the industry he also received a BSBA in management at the University of West Florida.
